We eat a lot of tacos in our house. We do Taco Tuesday almost every Tuesday and like to switch it up with different types of tacos and other favorites. Sometimes it is nachos. Sometimes it is steak tacos. Sometimes it is a lot of toppings, and sometimes it is just cheese! It has become something that we all look forward to.
These taco cups came from a way to switch up the usual and were a big hit. They are fun to make the girls had a great time adding their toppings and making their own little creations with their individual cups. They were also really fun to eat!
The taco shell gets browned and crisp in the oven. Then we melt the cheese over the meat which also gets onto the taco shells and it is just the perfect bite! They also are great for leftovers!

Details and Tips!
Okay here we go! These are so fun to make! You are going to need a muffin tin. You will also need small tortilla shells. Brush one side of the taco shell with oil. Gently place a taco shell in each of the tins, oil side down. They will fold over a little and create some groves that are great for catching more cheese!
Bake them and they will get nice and browned. Then you load them up with meat and cheese. Then you bake them a little more to melt the cheese and top with whatever else you want!
Our favorite toppings are lettuce, greek yogurt, salsa, tomato, onion, and thousand island dressing.
