Veggie Dip
10 minute prep. Makes 2 cups.
This Veggie Dip is a creamy, herby dip that is so satisfying! It goes great with veggies or crackers and is so easy to make!
We love chopped up veggies for a snack in our house. They are so easy to have on hand and a great way for the kids to eat a nutritious snack. Our go to veggies are cucumbers, peppers, and broccoli.
When you have chopped veggies, you have to have dip! This dip was one I created with staples I always have on hand instead of buying veggie dips that typically include sugar or seed oils.

Why make homemade veggie dip?
When you buy a ranch or seasoning packet or a premade veggie dip in the store, they typically have hidden, not so great ingredients. A lot of times, they will have sugar, seed oils, or gums in them that can be bad for our gut health.
Making a homemade veggie dip is honestly so easy to do that it just makes sense. It is also more cost effective and tastes great! This is an easy swap and a great place to start if you are looking for a dip for your family to enjoy or if need a good party dip!

I make veggie dip with greek yogurt just to get some added protein. You can certainly make this with sour cream as well. It will taste just as good! You can also do a mixture of sour cream, greek yogurt, and mayo if you want to add a little more richness. We love the lightness and tangy flavor of the greek yogurt but play around with it and see what you like best!
This dip is very herby, which is how we like it! If your family likes a little less herbs, just cut pack a 1/4 tsp on the dried herbs!
We love eating this dip with veggies, hence the name! But, it is so great with crackers or chips as well. It can also be a great spread for a lunch meat sandwich!

Enjoy!
